Shipping and Deliveries

Order Process

Every effort is made to ensure your order is processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Once we have received your order it is sent to our fulfilment department who will pull, pick and pack your order as soon as they can. Delays may occur due to stock availability and dispatch load hence we advise on a 1-3 working day(s) order processing period.

Please ensure the delivery address you supply is correct and in the correct format to avoid any delays with your order. Should we not be able to locate your address we may contact you to arrange delivery via Paxi which will require you to collect your parcel from your nearest Paxi pick up point.

Should we be unable to fill your order due to stock constraints we will contact you to arrange either an alternative product, a partial refund or full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days.


We deliver via courier directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email containing your tracking number from either Fastway couriers, The Courier Guy or Paxi for addresses we cannot locate.

Delivery lead times

Delivery times within 5-10 working days

Paxi Deliveries: 5-10 working days*

*All lead times are quoted from date of dispatch i.e. once order processing (1-3 working days) has been completed.

Every effort is made to effect delivery of your order timeously, however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence, we will contact you via email and provide a revised delivery schedule.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment, however, additional delivery charges may apply.

Important notes

  • The lead times stipulated above are a guide and are subject to change without notice. We will strive to ensure your order is delivered within the above time frames however with high order volumes and Covid-19 precautions, there may be some delays.
  • Orders paid via EFT will only be processed once payment has cleared. The lead times above will therefore apply from date of payment and not date of order.
