Job Description
We are a clothing retail company based in Port Shepstone. Our branches are situated in the Eastern Cape and South Coast area. The successful candidate will lead and motivate our dynamic team in a fast-paced and performance-driven sales environment, to ensure that we create the ultimate shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily store operations
  • Responsible for the profitability and sales maximisation
  • Accuracy and efficiency in the execution of administration
  • Effective management of stock control
  • Maintaining excellent store standards and ongoing enhancement of visual merchandising
  • Ensuring the minimization of shrinkage by promoting a healthy store culture, following security measures and cash handling procedures.
  • Overseeing the daily store operations
  • Drive high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Management and implementation of all company standard operating procedures
  • Maintaining staff discipline

Requirements

  • Current CV with contactable references
  • Matric certificate
  • ID Copy
  • 2-3 years of clothing retail management experience
  • Retail management qualification will be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Numeracy and accuracy skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Good leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
